I purchased this item because I liked the idea of being able to keep my drink cold without having to use ice. Ice melts so quickly and waters down your drink. So I purchased a set of these glasses, received them washed them put them in the freezer to freeze. I checked on them about 4 hours later and when I opened the freezer one of the bottoms of the glasses was laying beside the glass. It had broken while it was freezing, right at the top stem. I was amazed that I didn't even get to use the glasses before one of them broke. So I sent the item back to Amazon for a refund. I figured if it wasn't even going to last through getting frozen that they was definitely not worth $14.99 to keep. I guess I really expected more from a set of plastic glasses, but unfortunately I didn't get it. I don't know if I just received a defective set of glasses or what, but I wouldn't buy another set of these.
